Image Process Design, Inc. Enters into National Software Agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association

Bloomfield Hills, MI (January 02, 2004) – Image Process Design, Inc. (IPD), a leading provider of imaging, workflow, process automation and business process automation systems for the insurance industry, signed a multi-year national agreement to provide participating Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) member plans the ability to purchase software licenses and support contracts at significantly discounted pre-negotiated prices. The agreement covers document management (ECM) software from FileNet®, Hyland Software® and IBM® along with IPD’s own Ultera® & SolutionSuite® software and professional services.
