July 16, 2012 – e-djuster is pleased to announce the successful May 30th, 2012 completion of its acquisition of “The Claims Network (TCN),” further securing its position as Canada’s leading provider of Contents Claims Solutions to the Canadian property claims industry.
This is the Company’s first acquisition and a strategic growth initiative expected to significantly improve its Canadian market-share position, from both a services and technology perspective.
e-djuster announces that The Claims Network’s (TCN’s) national claims services operation will be fully amalgamated into e-djuster’s employee-based claims services model, effective August 1st, 2012. The combined company is now operating as a single entity under the distinct e-djuster brand identity.
