Insurance-Canada.ca Announces New Managing Partner

Gerald Legrove brings 20+ years of insurance industry experience

Toronto, ON (Feb. 17, 2016) – Insurance-Canada.ca, an insurance industry media company specializing in technology and business, is pleased to announce that Gerald Legrove has assumed the role of Managing Partner.

Mr. Legrove brings more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry, including roles such as vice president of the world’s largest privately owned insurance broker and vice president of a successful commercial insurance company. His entrepreneurial drive led him to pursue other opportunities in the industry and is currently the owner or majority owner of InsuranceWorks.ca, DGA Careers and a number of other related companies.

As Managing Partner, Mr. Legrove will be responsible for overall management and guiding future planning for Insurance-Canada.ca.

Mr. Legrove is currently a member of the Toronto Insurance Conference (TIC), an association of Ontario commercial brokerages, and the Professional Liability Underwriters Society (PLUS). He is a past member of the Alumni Board of the Rotman School of Business, former president of the Toronto Junior Board of Trade and former Council member of the Board of Trade. Legrove holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and an MBA.
