New York, NY (Mar. 14, 2018) — Caradoc Townsend Mutual Insurance Company has successfully completed their implementation of Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc.’s Insurance Business Solution (IBS) as their enterprise back-office solution.
The IBS product provides Caradoc Townsend with enhanced technology to service their policy holders, agents and brokers, while delivering efficiencies to their internal operations. It further provides Caradoc Townsend with a path towards becoming a ‘Digital Insurer’ and future implementation of MCCG’s suite of web & connectivity technologies. Caradoc Townsend is committed to long term planning and their policyholder, community, broker and agent relationships which aligns with the principles established at MCCG.
