Sylvan Agencies Ltd., Procom Insurance Brokers, and Inowest Insurance amalgamate
Calgary, AB (Mar. 1, 2018) — Rogers Insurance is pleased to announce the amalgamation of our recent acquisitions: Procom Insurance Brokers (Red Deer, Alta.), Sylvan Agencies Ltd. (Sylvan Lake, Alta.), and Inowest Insurance Brokers (Calgary, Alta.). These entities have been united under one new company; Rogers Insurance Canada Ltd.
This amalgamation adds to one of the largest independent brokerages in Canada allowing the organizations to simplify operations, give clients better services, and encourages synergy between the offices. The name change more closely aligns these brokerages with their parent company, Rogers Insurance, although they will remain separate legal entities.

The new Rogers Insurance Canada Ltd. is a significant step towards unity, progress, and growth, and will spread the Rogers Insurance name and exemplary reputation in Canada.
Together, the organizations will utilize each other’s strengths and streamline processes through the centralization of Accounting, IT, HR, and Communications.
