With TELUS Health’s eClaims solution, Industrial Alliance reinforces its dedication to providing best-in-class services to its clients
Quebec City, QC (Nov. 25, 2013) – Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. has launched a new claims transmission option for select healthcare providers: TELUS Health’s eClaims web portal. Group Insurance Members can now file claims electronically right from their participating healthcare provider’s office – allowing them to pay only the portion of a claim not covered by their insurance rather than paying the entire amount up-front and remitting paperwork for a refund. The new option is available for physiotherapists, chiropractors and vision care specialists, as well as acupuncturists, massage therapists and naturopathic doctors regulated by the appropriate provincial or federal organizations.
