Peace of Mind is an add-on service that is being purchased at the moment of booking or embedded into a card product or offered as a supplement to travel insurance. Once the travellers purchase our service, they get real time notification about flight status. We educate them on their rights and on their situation. If the flight is delayed, cancelled, overbooked or if their luggage gets lost, we automatically get them compensation from the airline. Our proprietary Claims Recovery Subrogation Services platform has been designed specifically for claims assistance providers to recover compensation from airlines to offset claims already settled with insurance client.
