Andrew’s distinguished career as a software sales executive includes results-oriented roles at Guidewire, FICO, and NCR/Teradata. Before joining Relay Platform Inc., Andrew held vice president roles for sales, marketing and alliances at various FinTech start-ups and corporations. He helped those companies grow sales, expand into international markets, and acquire a software company.
deGroot holds a bachelor of business administration with a concentration in economics. His expertise covers core insurance systems (policy, billing, claims), big data solutions, data warehousing, business intelligence and decision support solutions and other core applications critical to driving corporate results.
Karen Redfern

Karen has more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, with the majority of her career in Property & Casualty at Insurance Carriers such as The Hartford and Chubb. Karen also worked on the Agency side as a commercial lines producer, most recently at Heffernan.
As Vice President of Small Commercial at Relay Platform, Karen now focuses on empowering agencies with digital solutions to help bring better efficiencies and more growth into their business.
Anne Hasenstab

Anne Hasenstab is the Vice President of Cyber & Executive Rrisk for Relay Platform. Her 20+ year career spans both public and private company exposures on the underwriting and brokerage sides of the insurance industry. Anne began her career at Chubb in Chicago as an executive protection underwriter and later held various management roles focusing on D&O, EPL, professional liability, and cyber with a variety of firms.
