In addition to managing the operations of the brokerage and leading his team of 20+ brokers, Scott remains active in selling and managing Advocate’s key commercial accounts.

Scott looks for ways to give back and get involved in the industry. He served on the Board of the Insurance Brokers Association of Waterloo Region for 7 years, serving as President in 2016 & 2017.

Pattie Gibson started her career at Saskatchewan Government Insurance in 1989 and has held roles in Finance, IT, Customer Strategy and currently Digital Strategy. With more than 20 years of experience within IT, Pattie brings a deep understanding of the business of competitive P&C insurance as well as the technology needed to support it. In her most recent role as Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Delivery, Pattie combines her business acumen and knowledge of IT to connect digital experience and business strategy. Pattie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management.
