Specifically, Rob and his team are looking at how IBM Watson can revolutionize the customer experience and bring about new and innovative approaches to emerging organizational challenges. While his industry focus has been around financial services, he and his team have worked on Watson solutions with organizations in many industries including telecommunications, aerospace, public service, and more.
