The mutual insurer received its Great Place to Work certification after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® – the global authority on building, sustaining and recognizing high-performing workplace cultures. The certification is based on direct feedback from employees and was provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience.
