Saskatchewan-based independent brokerage Hub’s latest acquisition
Chicago, IL (June 4, 2019) – Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired Cottenie and Gardner Inc. (Cottenie & Gardner). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cottenie & Gardner is a full-service, independent insurance brokerage headquartered in Kamsack, Saskatchewan, Canada, offering personal and commercial insurance solutions, including government auto and farming solutions. Co-owners Ted Gardner and Les Fedorak will be joining Hub International Manitoba Limited.
