Montreal, QC (May 29, 2019) – Equisoft has announced the launch of an innovative solution developed in collaboration with Humania Assurance. It is a turnkey, targeted email marketing platform for financial advisors that integrates directly with Kronos Finance, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software used by more than 12,000 advisors across the country.
This feature can be activated and used by the advisor directly in the CRM, on an opt-in basis, to promote Humania’s 5575 product, a portfolio of health insurance products designed for baby boomers. Launched in November, Humania Assurance’s 5575 product allows Canadians aged between 55 and 75 to obtain coverage for critical illnesses, such as cancer or strokes, in just a few minutes and at very affordable prices. The 5575.ca portal provides a simple, easy-to-use, eight-step process for qualifying an individual and assigning it to an advisor.
“This collaboration with Equisoft is truly in line with our strategy to leverage interactive and intelligent technologies to provide advisors and their clients with innovative, simple and effective solutions,” said Stéphane Rochon, President and Chief Executive Officer at Humania Assurance. “By activating the tool, the advisor has access to a state-of the-art platform that is automatically populated with customer data, and can launch, in just a few clicks, an email campaign based on their target client profile.”
The platform also includes various application programming interfaces (APIs) that allow the advisor to keep track of a campaign’s progress, measure its performance, refire it at specific intervals or obtain information about the target contacts.
“We live in an era of customized offerings and audience segmentation, and automated marketing solutions that are designed to meet these needs are costly and often complex to integrate to business processes,” said François Levasseur, Senior Vice President, Canada at Equisoft. “This new integration between Equisoft’s CRM platform and Humania’s eApp software is one of the first prospect-to-policy and direct-to-consumer technology integrations that puts the advisor at the center of the purchase transaction.”
By helping to optimize their workflows, this new platform will help advisors build stronger business relationships with their customers, enhance client service, and identify new sales opportunities. More information about Equisoft’s CRM is available at www.equisoft.com/en/crm.
