The new digital and interactive policy document significantly improves customer experience with easy access from a mobile device, personalized and exclusive coverage information, and plain English descriptions
Montreal, QC (June 5, 2018) – Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in document automation and customer communications management (CCM) solutions, today announced that specialty insurer Beazley is using Xpertdoc’s document generation platform combined with its unique Smart Form technology to support their recently launched, innovative digital and fully personalized insurance policy – Beazley Weather Guard.
The Beazley Weather Guard policy is based on Xpertdoc’s Smart Form technology, which enables customer data to be swiftly input to generate a personalized insurance policy. Easily accessible from a mobile device or a computer, the resulting digital (HTML) policy document describes clearly and exclusively the coverage purchased with “tap” or “click” functionalities that interactively trigger plain English definitions of specific language. Xpertdoc also facilitates changes to the digital policy wording; modifications can be immediately incorporated to the insurance policy, ensuring that the coverage described in the document remains compliant. “We wanted to transform the way policy documents are built by integrating the information typically found on the declarations page into the policy wording itself,” said William Pitt, Chief Marketing Officer at Beazley. “Xpertdoc provided us with the technologies to create a much shorter, clearer, and fully personalized digital policy, helping us fulfill our promise to provide beautifully designed insurance for our customers.”
“Traditional policies are one-size-fits-all documents with long, standard policy wording that are often hard to understand. Xpertdoc helps insurance companies resolve this challenge and improve customer experience, by providing powerful capabilities for the creation and generation of clear, relevant and personalized communications,” said David Squibb, Chief Sales Officer of Xpertdoc. “Xpertdoc is proud to partner with Beazley to bring the first digital and fully personalized policy document to the insurance market and we look forward to enabling other Beazley beautifully designed insurance products.”
This partnership continues Xpertdoc’s expansion into property and casualty insurance. To learn more about Xpertdoc’s expansive suite of document automation and CCM solutions for carriers, please visit https://www.xpertdoc.com/en/industries/insurance/.
