LOS ANGELES May 10, 2006 Marshall and Swift / Boeckh (MSB), the leading provider of building cost data and estimating technology to the property insurance industry in North America, announces its successful IntegriClaim” 8.0 rollout.
MSB has made many upgrades to IntegriClaim, focusing on two primary areas enhancements to the user interface and increased scalability/performance of the Administrative (Admin) workflow and management tool.
Enhancements to the user interface were chosen based on user forums and feedback, and represent the top six requests for new functionality from our customers, including:
Ability to Select Multiple Repair Operations for and Item at One Time
Global Depreciation Functionality on a Claim, Estimate, Trade, or Item Basis
Feature Allowing User to Define the Order of Operations in the Cost Database
Enhanced Virtual Reality Estimating Menus
Setting to Enable Reports to Print without Database Demarcations on a Line Basis
Enhanced Search and Grid Functionality in Admin Tool
“MSB has been listening to adjuster, contractor, and claims management feedback and is proud to release this latest version of our system with such a full new feature set. In addition to the feature enhancements, 2004 and 2005 saw an unprecedented series of strong hurricanes in a short time frame and at MSB, our volume went from 25,000 to 500,000 transactions per day,” says Jonathan Kost, Senior Vice President of Claims. “After the storm season, we set new baseline standards for the performance of our tools and the result of that effort is IntegriClaim 8.0.”
In addition to having an updated interface and the most heavily researched and validated data in the industry, MSB’s IntegriClaim 8.0 also comes with free set-up, technical support and quarterly upgrades.
