Conference Details: Location, Fees, and Registration

This full-day session will be held Monday, November 6, 2006. Registration (with coffee) will start at 8:00. The session will begin promptly at 9:00 and conclude at about 5:00.

Conference Location

Toronto Board of Trade, Downtown Centre, 1st Canadian Place, at King and Bay (Closest subway stop: King and Yonge).

Conference Fees

Cost, including handout material, lunch and coffee: $695.00 for individuals, or $625 each for two or more from the same company.

Early bird special until October 6, 2006: $595.00 single or $525.00 each for two or more from the same company.

Payment is due in advance. Receipts will be issued upon request.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing by October 10, 2006 subject to an administration fee of $50.00 plus $3.00 GST for a total of $53.00.
Please note that if you register for the conference and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel within the period stated above.
If you register after October 10, 2006 your order is firm. A refund will not be given; however, a delegate substitution is welcome at any time.
