From Doug

The 2017 Grey Cup was a thrilling contest, with the winner uncertain until the final moments.

We are in the game of insurance, and it is all about the customer (finding, enticing, serving, retaining).

Our people drive our success, but technology is simultaneously changing the playing field, the rules, the competition, and even the customer.

New InsurTech entrants may threaten the success of insurance organizations, but experienced insurance incumbents are innovating and taking the InsurTech route too.

For ideas and tips around moving the ball in the right direction, join Insurance-Canada.ca and Kanetix Ltd. for our Dec. 7 webinar.

Then join the innovators at our 16th annual Technology Conference, Feb. 27-28, 2018.
