The 4th Generation of the Previously Unthinkable

I am not sure how many people caught on to it, but it has served me well. And it informs the rise of InsurTech. Read more.

To me, InsurTech is a state of activity – fast, agile, innovative, customer-focused, and driven specifically by each organization's own culture – which insurance incumbents, tech providers and startups are all engaged in and working within.
