Telematics/Usage-Based Insurance: Business and Technology Implications
Strategy Meets Action is conducting a new research study on usage-based insurance, enabled by telematics. Your opinion is valuable, whether or not you have a telematics/UBI program in place. Participants completing the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of five $100 AMEX Gift Cards.
This survey addresses the implications of telematics for customers, agents, products, underwriting, pricing, and claims. The survey will cover P&C personal and commercial lines insurance in North America, but we will be seeking opinions on the potential for usage-based insurance in other lines as well.
The survey should take 10 minutes or less to complete. There are between 6 and 21 questions, depending on your responses. (The survey is now closed.)
