Leadership and Innovation

More than a decade ago I watched a dashcam video of a broker and his wife discussing auto insurance while driving along a country road. It was very creative.

Later at an Insurance-Canada.ca Technology Conference the same broker – on a panel discussing Broker Management Systems – suddenly went on a rant about the importance of brand. Where was he going?

Jeff Roy, President & CEO of Excalibur Insurance – a member of the Canadian Broker Network – is still at it, providing leadership, influencing, contributing in workgroups (IBAC, IBAO, CSIO....) – pushing everyone to up their game.

Jeff has a knack of putting thirty minutes of good information in a ten-minute presentation. He discusses deploying social media not only for sales but more strategically during the whole customer lifecycle in “Turning social media posts into sales.”

A nod of thanks to Jeff and other similar leaders for pushing us all ahead.
