From Doug

I can be a luddite – my last mobile phone was seven years old. On my new device, it sure is easy to download apps. What have I been missing?

Insurance customers run the gamut from “no technology at all” to early adopters of whatever new gadget comes along.

As insurance workers, we are in the same situation. Any part of a business may have the newest and shiniest – or may be making do with tools from a decade ago.

Wherever you are on the that digital path, it behooves you to understand what is current, and what is coming.

Join your peers at ICTC2018 to discuss, learn, and help yourself to better serve tomorrow's insurance consumer – anywhere on the tech spectrum.
