Toronto, ON (December 14, 2017) – CSIO is pleased to announce that the Insurance Brokers Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (IBAN) has endorsed its eDelivery solution to send consumers their personal and commercial policy documents and auto liability cards electronically.
“This solution provides brokers with an excellent option for creating a digital experience that is very much in line with what customers have come to expect from banks and other financial service providers,” says Jason Sharpe, IBAN President. “The eDelivery platform truly is a game-changer, levelling the playing field for any broker looking to expand their digital service footprint.”
eDelivery will be made available to CSIO members at no additional cost. The solution is being developed by CSIO in collaboration with brokers and carriers, including Gore Mutual, Northbridge Insurance and RSA Canada.
“We welcome this endorsement from IBAN, which further solidifies broker support for the eDelivery solution across Canada,” states Catherine Smola, President & CEO of CSIO. “We look forward to working with IBAN on promoting the benefits this of solution to members in advance of its release early next year.”
