Fredericton, NB (Feb. 3, 2017) – John Hamilton, President & CEO of Financial Horizons Group, and Andrée McLean and Joe Daley, President and Director of Brokerage, respectively, of Estate Financial Inc., are pleased to announce that Estate Financial Inc. has joined forces with Financial Horizons Group. Estate Financial Inc. is a prominent Managing General Agent (MGA) in Eastern Canada and has been in operation since 1999.
The transaction involved the purchase of 100% of the shares of Estate Financial Inc. by Financial Horizons Group. The transaction closed on February 2, 2017.
The two Estate Financial offices located in Fredericton and Moncton are being retained, as well as the respective staff.
Andrée and Joe will continue in their current roles providing ongoing sales support and service to their advisors throughout the Maritimes. On a day-to-day basis, it will be “business as usual.”
