Lambton Mutual Insurance Company continues to enhance its Digital Consumer Experience by enabling online quoting to support its Distribution Partners using Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc.’s Online Quoting Solution

Watford, ON (Nov. 1, 2016) – Lambton Mutual Insurance Company (LMIC) expands its Digital Customer experience by launching habitational online quoting in support of its Agent and Broker Distribution Channels through partnership with Mutual Concept Computer Group (MCCG) of London, Ontario. The Online Quoting Solution (OQS) fully integrates with Lambton’s existing Insurance Business Solution (IBS®) implementation and leverages its current rating and underwriting rules to ensure a simple and pleasing consumer experience online. The introduction of Lambton’s Online Quoting Solution provides an effective means for consumers to digitally initiate the sales process with their agent and broker partners. This will enhance Lambton’s existing presence on the web by introducing an easy method for these key stakeholders to obtain quotations for risks as well as lead to further growth opportunities.
