Toronto, ON (June 5, 2015) – Keal Technology, leaders in broker innovation, has launched its Keal CAP (Consumer Access Point). This web-based, broker branded solution allows their brokers to offer their existing policyholders website self-service.
Keal CAP attaches to the broker’s website and offers policyholders real-time access to Keal’s SIG solution allowing them to view their policy information anytime, anywhere, and from any device. For client-centric brokers, this solution offers a freedom of information exchange entirely focused on their consumers’ habits. The uptake by Keal’s users has been quick, indicating that there is an existing need for brokers to be more flexible and responsive to their clientele in this capacity.
“Keal CAP is taking off like wild fire. In one week we activated 12 brokers on this new offering,” says Bill Redford, Director of Development at Keal. “Our broker partners are excited to offer this on-line experience to their consumers.”
Pat Durepos, President of Keal, states, “Surveys indicate very clearly that consumers want ease of access to their broker. The CAP provides just that! Last month AMF, the regulatory body in Quebec, confirmed that consumers can now buy auto and home insurance online without talking to a broker. This will most likely spread to other provinces. For both of these reasons, brokers need to buy into Keal’s consumer to insurer approach, this of course under the support and control of the broker.”
Bryson Insurance, one of Insurance Business Magazine’s Canada’s Top 10 Brokers of the year, recently started using Keal CAP. Tracy Makris, President of Bryson Insurance said, “We are living in a time where we must respond to the needs of our clients. The Keal CAP solution allows us to offer a new relationship with our customers by way of allowing them to access their policy information at absolutely anytime. We are focused on providing services that matter to our clients. This is an important step in that direction and a must in a time where it is expected to have information accessible on this level. I am thrilled!”
Keal CAP will bring additional functionalities to brokers before the end of the year like access to consumer copies of policies and real-time rating. It is available now and is currently being offered in all provinces across Canada.
