Montreal, QC (May 12, 2015) – EGR, a company created on January 1, 2015, by damage insurance firms EssOR Insurance, Pratte Morrissette Inc., and Assuraction Inc., is continuing to grow with the announcement of its acquisition of Labrecque, Brouillette & Castelli Inc., better known as Castelli Insurance.
With this acquisition, EGR will expand its insurance premium volume by several million dollars, while bolstering its position as a leader in its niche in Quebec, especially in Montreal.

The 14 employees of Labrecque, Brouillette & Castelli Inc. joined the Montreal office of EGR on April 30.
