Toronto, ON (Mar. 2, 2015) – Grenville Mutual Insurance Company is pleased to announce its intent to add support of WARP transactions to its current broker connectivity offering. Grenville Mutual is working closely with Brovada Technologies and Applied Systems to support real-time Inquiry, New Business and Policy Change requests for brokers that use the TAM and EPIC product suites.
“Adding the capability to accept real-time WARP requests was a natural evolution for us”, states Wendie Noccey, Head of Information Services for Grenville. “Our NexCenter connectivity workflows are stable and well-adopted and we want to be responsive to the needs of our broker partners who use WARP.”
The project will focus on ensuring the broker experience is consistent regardless of whether a broker chooses to use Brovada’s NexCenter or Applied’s WARP to interact with Grenville. Using Brovada’s NexExchange product suite which has recently been re-branded as BrovadaOne, Grenville will allow TAM and EPIC brokers to perform Policy, Billing, and Claims Inquiry, New Business Quote and Submission, and eventually real-time Policy Change upload.
“Grenville Mutual will continue to provide the leading solutions to our brokers throughout Eastern Ontario as their complex business requirements evolve. We must be relentless in our commitment to our partners,” states Ross Lincoln, President and CEO of Grenville Mutual Insurance.
Currently under development, a full rollout to Grenville Mutual’s broker partners is expected in the coming months.
“We’ve worked hard to build the best workflows for brokers with the most recent focus on our CSIO-verified Policy Change solution,” states Charles Samolczyk, SVP for Brovada, “It will be a big milestone to extend that functionality to brokers who use WARP. I applaud Grenville in its drive to provide consistent connectivity for all of its brokers and I am happy to be working with Applied to expand the list of Insurers that support both NexCenter and WARP.”
