Toronto, ON (Oct. 21, 2014) – Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, has announced that Hub International Atlantic Ltd. (Hub Atlantic), based in New Brunswick, has acquired a book of auto dealer business from independent broker Alliance Assurance Inc.(Alliance). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Rolf Spangenberg, a producer from Alliance, will join Hub Atlantic, bringing with him a depth of experience in the region’s commercial insurance market. Spangenberg will support Hub Atlantic’s regional efforts to expand its general middle-market business.
