Integration of Applied CSR24 and Applied MobileProducer will enable brokerage to offer multichannel service to policyholders
Mississauga, ON (Aug. 15, 2014) – Applied Systems has announced that MLS Insurance Brokers, Inc. has selected Applied EpicOnline for a single brokerage management system to support brokerage growth and provide greater visibility into its business. MLS has also selected Applied CSR24 and Applied MobileProducer to offer anytime, anywhere customer service online and mobile access to insurance data for its producers through tablet devices.
Applied EpicOnline is the cloud version of Applied Epic, the fastest-growing brokerage management system that allows brokerages to manage customer relationships, policy administration and financial accounting processes with greater efficiency. The system provides a comprehensive view of client information and internal operations, enabling users to quickly capitalize on opportunities to build more profitable client relationships, increase brokerage productivity, and drive business value.
“We need a software system with the ability to manage rapid growth and greater capabilities to engage with our customers through online and mobile channels as the insurance market continues to change,” said Paul Maisonneuve, president and co-owner, MLS Insurance Brokers. “Applied EpicOnline, Applied CSR24 and Applied MobileProducer together will enable us to grow as company and further our mission to help guide and advise our customers on insurance plans that best meet their requirements.”
Applied CSR24 is the first-to-market application that enables brokerages to enhance customer service by providing 24/7 access to insurance information online through the Web. Applied CSR24 offers brokerage policyholders greater flexibility and servicing options and reduces administrative tasks for brokers, allowing them to devote more time to serving customers and securing new business.
Applied MobileProducer is the independent broker mobile app for insurance producers to access and manage client and prospect information through a tablet. With on-demand access to their data and intuitive productivity and risk assessment tools, producers have new and greater capabilities to increase sales, retention and customer satisfaction.
“Independent insurance brokers need to continually evolve their business with new, market-leading technologies to meet the changing needs of policyholders, carriers and others within the insurance lifecycle,” said Jeff Purdy, senior vice president of International Operations, Applied Systems. “With Applied technology, MLS Insurance Brokers has a modern brokerage management system to expand their business and ensure they continually deliver the high-value, multichannel service policyholders expect from their brokerage.”
The latest capabilities, best practices and technology strategies for Applied Epic and other insurance technology will be presented at Applied Net 2014, one of the world’s largest events for agents, brokers, carrier executives and other insurance professionals.
