Watford, ON (Jul. 8, 2013) – Lambton Mutual Insurance Company is launching an automated new business submission process with Brovada Technologies Inc.
Leveraging Brovada’s NexCenter and NexExchange product suites, Lambton’s brokers will be able to deliver real-time new business submissions directly from their broker management systems (BMS) with the push of a button.
“We’re delighted with Lambton Mutual’s continued commitment to broker workflow efficiencies,” said Charles Samolczyk, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Brovada. “With the introduction of automated new business submission, Lambton’s brokers will enjoy significant time savings and productivity gains in their workflows.”
“After launching inquiry last year, this is the next logical step for our company given our commitment to enhancing efficiencies in workflow between our broker partners via technology,” said Debbie Van Eyk, President and CEO of Lambton Mutual. “We’re looking forward to rolling out the functionality to our remaining brokers within the next 12 months.”
NexCenter is the most widely used BMS integration software in Canada allowing for seamless communication between almost 13,000 brokers and 50 insurer systems. NexExchange provides customized carrier-side integration to any policy administration system.
Lambton and Brovada released real-time policy, billing and claims inquiry in November 2011.
