The Centre of Excellence, which is stocked with hundreds of articles, checklists and templates all designed to keep public entities and non-profit organizations safe, has expanded to now include videos.

We’re creating videos that mirror our training seminars so our brokers and clients can learn in a way that is convenient for them. A year and a half ago, Frank Cowan Company introduced their municipal clients to the Centre of Excellence. Since then hundreds of documents have been added to the online library and users continue to experience new content every week. Last fall, non-profit organizations were given access to the Centre of Excellence with industry specific resources being added to support their unique risk appetite.
