La Capitale ranks highest in customer satisfaction

QUEBEC CITY, Sept. 27, 2012 – La Capitale General Insurance is proud to have received the highest customer rating! With 23 points higher than the industry average, La Capitale comes out ahead of the other auto insurers in Quebec.

These figures were reported in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Canadian Auto Insurance Satisfaction Study, based on responses from 11,620 auto insurance policyholders in Canada. The study measures insurance customers’ experiences with their primary insurer. Customer satisfaction is measured across five factors: interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment, and claims.

“The quality of our services is our team’s top priority. For the past several years, we have measured and adjusted our internal methods and processes in order to continuously enhance our customer contacts, whether they be by phone, over the Internet or in person through our branch offices or affiliated agents in all regions of Quebec. We are delighted that our efforts have been successful, and we intend to continue with our endeavours,” said Constance Lemieux, President and Chief Operating Officer of La Capitale, Property and Casualty Insurance Sector.
