EZ-Docs enhancement will improve broker efficiency through CSIOnet
Toronto – September 24, 2012 – Following a successful pilot this summer, leading property and casualty insurer RSA has now launched a significant enhancement to their brokers to help increase broker efficiency and streamline workflows.
RSA brokers across the country with eligible systems can now register for EZ-Docs via EDI, to receive electronic broker copies of policy documents automatically downloaded daily via CSIOnet, using the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO)s XML standards. Broker systems that currently have the ability to receive documents via EDI are Zycomps PowerBroker, Keals sigXP and CSSIs The Brokers Workstation.
RSA was the first carrier to successfully transmit live policy documents to a broker system using CSIO XML standards, and is now pleased to offer this to their brokers to boost efficiency.
