Jul. 19, 2012 – ClearRisk is pleased to announce the launch of its first native smartphone application – Deductibles – for use on Apple iPhones, iPod Touches and iPads. The application allows insurance brokers to calculate which combination of premium and deductible will give their clients the lowest cost of risk, said the St. John’s, Newfoundland-based company on its website. The technology will help insurance brokers illustrate the best deductible premium option in a way clients can easily understand.
“I have needed a tool like this for years and it didn’t exist, so we built it. We want to make it easier for brokers to help their clients and insurance buyers to manage their risk,” said Craig Rowe, CEO of ClearRisk.
The Deductibles app is available for free in Apple’s App Store.
