TORONTO, ON � July 10, 2012 – The Moore-McLean Insurance Group is very excited to announce the appointment of John Belyea to its executive team in the role of Chief Operating Officer.
During his 23-year career, John has held numerous leadership positions in the insurance brokerage industry, beginning with Trivest Insurance Network in 1989 and joining Creighton & Company Insurance Brokers in 1993 where he was a senior partner and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the brokerage. He was also was a founding partner of Easyway Insurance Brokers. Upon the sale of Creighton & Company in 2007, John formed Belyea Consulting Group Ltd. and over the last five years worked with more than 35 organizations across Canada on a wide variety of projects including mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and process improvement initiatives. At Moore-McLean, John will be responsible for leading the personal and commercial service teams together with the finance and administration departments and officially joins Moore-McLean on August 1, 2012.
