The newest release of ABS delivers a real-time interface to carriers and a completely new coverage editor in addition to several new feature enhancements and bug fixes.
A key element of the release includes a real-time interface to carriers using Brovada’s NexCenter. The interface provides connectivity via web services or web portals between the agent’s management systems and insurers’ systems and portals. This simple, single sign-on interface eliminates the need to re-key agent policy information, allows for a consistent workflow in the agent’s office, provides a “community” environment to share scripts across agency offices, and is an affordable solution to agencies and carriers of all sizes.
The release also features a completely new and advanced coverage editor, providing a more logical and intuitive organizational structure to view details of a policy. In a snap, users can review and update both standard and non-standard coverage data, making it even easier to create and renew policies and generate a variety of servicing documents. Users will see reduced data entry errors and training time.
