Toronto, ON – May 14, 2012 – Grenville Mutual Insurance Company is pleased to release a real-time, property, new business upload service to its brokers. Built by Brovada Technologies, the solution adds to their existing in-production inquiry and automobile new business upload functionality.
“As we continue to expand our real-time services, we solidify our commitment to leadership within the mutual insurance community. Grenville envisions this work ultimately becoming an integral part of other companies’ vision for service delivery,” said Ross Lincoln, President and CEO of Grenville.
“NexExchange provides the ‘once and done’ solution brokers want and deserve,” said Charles Samolczyk, VP Insurer Sales Canada. “Grenville was our first farm mutual insurer and continues to be a leading partner as we work together to realize their ‘once and done’ vision.”
Once again, Grenville, Brovada and MCCG have worked collaboratively to ensure a timely and stable integration between Brovada’s NexCenter/NexExchange and MCCG’s IBS back-office.
“MCCG remains committed to providing a full solution to our mutual clients through the IBS product. The ability for our clients to achieve their business goals, while securely maintaining their own environment using the IBS Gateway solution is a key priority at MCCG. We are pleased to work with Grenville and Brovada to better support Grenville’s broker community.” said Frank Barretto, President and CEO of MCCG.
NexExchange is Brovada’s carrier-side software solution that provides a web service interface to a carrier’s PAS (policy administration system). NexExchange can be implemented as a streamlined portal greatly simplifying transactions such as inquiry, new business upload, and policy change. Modules can be added to provide additional functionality including automated portfolio transfers and real-time quoting.
NexCenter is a client application that resides in a broker’s environment providing connectivity between the broker’s broker management system (BMS) and an insurer’s system/portal. NexCenter is integrated directly into the broker’s BMS and eliminates duplicate entry when interfacing to company systems.
