Study focuses on sustainable business model for growth
Mississauga, Ontario March 14, 2012 Insurance software company Applied Systems recently announced a new benchmark study aimed at helping insurance brokers measure their performance and achieve a sustainable business model for growth.
The study will result from a survey to identify key common brokerage attributes that create efficient, effective and sustainable business operations, according to information Applied Systems delivered to the 10th annual Insurance-Canada.ca Technology Conferenceheld recently in Toronto. Analysis of the survey findings will be released to participants, then published for the industry.
“Until now, there hasn’t been a way for brokers to measure the effectiveness of their operations and use of technology relative to their sustainable growth and profitability,” said Doug Johnston, Applied Systems vice president of Partner Relations and Product Innovation. Johnston introduced the study to conference participants.
“This study supports Applied Systems’ mission to continuously improve the business of insurance,” Johnston continued. “To support our commitment to our customers’ success, the broker optimization study will provide valuable insight to brokers in identifying the attributes and best practices that will help them optimize their operations and deliver the best service to their own customers.”
