On-demand access delivers competitive advantage
Mississauga, Ontario � July 12, 2011 – Independent insurance brokers who use Applied Systems TAM� broker management system can now incorporate a technology that offers personal and commercial insurance customers secure access to their own policy information as well as self-service options that include obtaining certificates of insurance.
Insurance technology company Applied Systems Canada today announced that CSR24� from Artizan Internet Services integrates with TAM 10.7 and newer versions, allowing independent brokers to deliver the self-service that consumers have requested. Applied Systems also introduced an additional Artizan offering�WebEngine 2.0�, Web site design and maintenance services especially for independent insurance brokers. Applied Systems Canada is the exclusive distributor of Artizan products in the provinces.
Brokers have been waiting for CSR24, the state-of-the-art solution that allows them to offer insureds broker-branded, online customer service. They believe the self-service model, combined with independent brokers’ personal advisory services, enhances their competitive edge over other brokers and direct insurance writers in commercial as well as personal lines business.
