Canadian Organizations Invited to Participate as Annual Studies are Launched
Toronto – Monday June 13, 2011 � Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, in partnership with the Workopolis Niche Network, has launched FinancialAdvisorJobs.ca. This new website, which boasts many exciting features and a sleek, modern look, connects job seekers and potential new employers.
“There are always great employers out there looking for quality employees, and vice versa,” said Advocis president and CEO Greg Pollock. “We’re just helping to bring the two parties together.”
The new site encourages visitors to share employment opportunities on Facebook and LinkedIn profiles, as well as via Twitter. Employers are encouraged to include their Facebook and LinkedIn pages in job postings.
“It has been exciting to work on this project with Workopolis which has been successfully connecting employers and job searchers for a long time,” said Mr. Pollock.
FinancialAdvisorJobs.ca, which is open to everyone, is now live and already features dozens of positions from some of the leading financial services providers in Canada.
