Using RepairCenter as its primary business management solution provides Fix Auto facilities with a comprehensive suite of tools to help them manage the repair, the customer experience, and the business-all from a single cohesive shop Workspace.
RepairCenter will host Fix Auto’s proprietary Standard Operating Procedures, making them easily accessible from the Workspace along with a variety of user-friendly RepairCenter tools, including: job tracking, automatic customer updates, parts management, opportunity tracking and follow-up, labor and production management, paperless office tools, task management, and analytics.
