TORONTO, Ontario, Canada – September 14, 2009 – Keal Technology and Canadian Signassure/sigXP User group (CSU) announce they have expanded their partnership to jointly deliver educational offerings to their mutual clients. Earlier in 2009, the partnership was expanded to include regional, face-to-face education sessions to expand the reach of the first joint users’ conference last fall. Responding to industry challenges, the upcoming conference agenda will provide brokers with take-away tools to help them become more competitive.
The second annual conference, CSU & Keal Partners in Education, is taking place September 24 & 25 in Toronto, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The conference highlights include: 12 education sessions delivered by Keal employees and partners and a vendor fair reception encouraging Keal clients to network with technology and industry experts. The education sessions offer brokers the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of Keal applications while learning business strategies to effectively manage their entire brokerage. Additionally, focus groups will be held to solicit feedback from Keal users on ways to improve business operations and offer suggestions on future product development.

The keynote speaker is Brenda French, President and owner of The French Group. Brenda is regarded as the insurance industry’s expert on business trends, organizational development, change management and sales and service leadership. Brenda brings a depth of experience, insight and strategic perspective to the conference agenda. The keynote presentation will focus on the shifting landscape in the broker and carrier environments and offer rare insights to help brokers adapt and grow shareholder equity. The session will be driven by results of a broker survey Brenda developed and sent to Keal clients.
