WebConnect allows the TBW user to access various insurance company and service bureau websites quickly and easily directly from the TBW interface. With the broker websites, username, password, and policy number are automatically populated, streamlining workflows and allowing seamless access to information. Using TBW�s WebConnect tool, the TBW user now has access to billing, policy, and claims inquiries, as well as the ability to revise a home or auto policy directly from policy inquiry on the broker website. In addition, the direct link to the broker website streamlines the process of accessing the most current forms, reports, wordings, and booklets.
