CDRG Announces Newest Qu bec Member: Nettoyage Simco

Nettoyage Simco, based out of Matane, Quebec, was founded in 1980 and began their operation specializing in commercial cleaning. Thanks to the quality of their service, Simco was soon able to expand the range of their services into the construction field.

Always striving to innovate, Nettoyage Simco expanded again in the ninety’s into the disaster restoration industry. Backed by its twenty-nine (29) years of service, Nettoyage Simco has now become a leader in the restoration industry. In the late 90’s, the company noticed the growing trend in the industry towards national banners and joined as a founding member of a group similar to CDRG. The Unimax group was similar to CDRG bringing together independent companies on a provincial level. Its mission was to offer a better product and visibility on behalf of the member companies to the insurance industry.

Unimax Group goal was to establish higher standards of quality and education for their members, and in 2006 Nettoyage Simco was awarded Member of the Year. Unimax disbanded its organization in late 2008, and Nettoyage Simco and began talks with CDRG. Steeve Lamarre, owner of the company states, “in order to remain competitive in our markets, we must adhere to the highest industry standard, we must therefore ensure that our employees follow the process of being certified with the IICRC,” a sentiment that CDRG stands behind.

CDRG is very optimistic with it’s expansion into Quebec. Our success so far is closely linked with the quality of our members and Nettoyage Simco is proof to this.
