WATERLOO, ON – January 19, 2009 – The Economical Insurance Group® (TEIG®) and Applied Systems Inc. today announced a joint venture offering new real-time transactions aimed at improving broker workflows.
TEIG’s solution, Rogo™, will deliver an account inquiry function to brokers using Applied Systems TAM™ (The Agency Manager®). WARP, Applied Systems’ real-time technology, will deliver the inquiry function, which will be available early this year. Policy and claims inquiries will be available soon after.
