A recipe for success in 2009
January 12, 2009 – Over the past five years CDRG developed from a nascent concept of changing the industry to a powerful cross-Canada group with the power to instigate change. Today, the CDRG concept is being developed by a talented group of inspired restorers who know that Canadian insurers deserve better quality disaster-restoration solutions. The premise is simple: develop unique or superior claims handling systems that offer better value, quality service and workmanship for the policy holder. The idea may be simple, but few could have anticipated how our clients would come to embrace the CDRG brand to make it one of Canada’s first fully independent and truly coast-to-coast disaster restoration groups.
In January of 2008, the idea for the CDRG Red Team was born. Through the year, a team of experienced and talented CDRG members was created to help organize the group for catastrophes anywhere in Canada. And the journey continues. The CDRG RED TEAM will be ready to travel to help resolve and restore property damages across Canada on behalf of our many clients. Of course, not every claim requires out of town travel. The bulk of our claims are in our team member’s local cities, and this is where we excel. When in need, members may also take advantage of invaluable assistance from our dedicated regional offices throughout Canada. Regardless of where assistance arrives from, the key is to deliver unmatched disaster-mitigation regardless of the location.
While we are best known through our team members in large city centers, we recognize and many policy holder seem to agree, that our formula for delivering value works equally well in smaller markets because of our business model. In fact, our commercial clients were eager to utilize our alternative to traditional property management companies due to our fresh new approach. The Canadian Disaster Restoration Group is slowly becoming a sound alternative to the traditional restoration contractors. With our introduction in 2009 of our ever-growing line-up of specialized services, chosen carefully using our formula for quality, we are certain that both the policy holder and the client will benefit greatly. While expanding our services and addressing all areas of our industry is a priority, our goal for 2009 remains the same: to provide our clients with quality restoration services.
