SHERBROOKE, QC, Sept. 23 2008 – Christianne Dostie, Vice President for Allstate Insurance Company, was on hand today to celebrate the grand opening of the new Allstate Insurance Agency in Sherbrooke.
“We know that today’s consumer is not the consumer we were insuring in 2003 and you can bet that they will not be the same consumer in 2014,” Dostie said. “The Allstate Insurance Agency enables us to flexible and responsive to what consumers expect and deserve from their insurance company, which is access to a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals and a broad range of services and products that can meet their individual needs.”
The Allstate Insurance Agency will be made up of a team of experienced and knowledgeable Allstate agents who will each be accountable for managing specific aspects of a customers needs. There will be;
- An Allstate Agent who will create and develop the relationship at new business;
- An Allstate Agent who will expand the relationship by identifying additional features to meet changing and evolving insurance needs; and
- An Allstate Agent who will strengthen the relationship at renewal and provide customer service and support.
There are now 48 new Allstate Insurance Agencies open for business in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Alberta, including 18 in Quebec. Later today, Dostie will be in Chateauguay to officially open another agency and tomorrow Dostie will open two more in Montreal and another in Laval.

“Nous savons que les clients actuels sont diff�rents de ceux que nous assurions en 2003 et on peut parier qu’ils auront encore chang� dans cinq ans, a d�clar� Mme Dostie. Le nouveau mod�le d’agence nous permet d’�tre flexible et � l’�coute de ce que les clients sont en droit d’attendre d’une compagnie d’assurance, c’est-�-dire de pouvoir communiquer avec une �quipe de professionnels exp�riment�s et de disposer d’une large gamme de services et de produits r�pondant � leurs besoins particuliers.”
L’Agence d’assurance Allstate sera compos�e d’une �quipe de professionnels chevronn�s et exp�riment�s qui auront la responsabilit� de g�rer des aspects pr�cis des besoins des clients.
Il y aura :
- un Agent Allstate qui cherchera de nouveaux clients et �tablira la relation initiale;
- un Agent Allstate qui affermira la relation en offrant des options suppl�mentaires qui r�pondent aux besoins d’assurance en constante �volution;
- un Agent Allstate qui approfondira la relation au renouvellement de la police et fournira le service et le soutien aux clients.
A ce jour, on compte 18 nouvelles agences au Qu�bec et 30 autres r�parties entre le Nouveau-Brunswick, la Nouvelle-Ecosse, l’Ontario et l’Alberta. Plus tard dans la journ�e, Mme Dostie sera � Ch�teauguay pour l’ouverture officielle d’une autre agence, et trois autres suivront demain � Montr�al et � Laval.
