Twenty Insurance Carriers Choose IVANS Transformation Station; IVANS Forms New Insurance E-Commerce Solutions Division

Old Greenwich, CT – IVANS, Inc. announced today that the 20th insurance carrier has signed
on for IVANS Transformation Station, a managed data exchange for real-time transactions. “The breadth of
solutions and transactions is attracting a wide-range of insurance carriers, as is the ability to reach agencies
representing Applied, AMS and DORIS,” said Anna England, Vice President of IVANS newly formed Insurance
E-Commerce Solutions division. “It is rewarding to see company projects being completed and meaningful
transactions between agents and companies really here.”

IVANS Insurance E-Commerce Solutions division was recently formed to provide a focus on
applications that meet the specific needs of carriers, agency vendors and third party members. This newly formed
division will escalate the momentum of IVANS industry applications, such as Transformation Station, in the
marketplace. Other products include Transformation Xpress, WebSEMCI/Edit Builder and Automobile Liability
Insurance Reporting.

Anna England, Vice President, is responsible for the executive direction of the Insurance
E-Commerce Solutions division. England, a career insurance executive, has been with IVANS since 1998 and is
responsible for the development of IVANS suite of e-commerce solutions for the property/casualty industry.
England received a Bachelor of Science in administrative management from the University of Cincinnati.
