Aviva Canada announces its agreement to acquire the business of National Home Warranty Group of Companies

TORONTO, ON, April 9, 2008 – Aviva Canada Inc. is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to acquire the business of National Home Warranty Group of Companies (National Home). The deal is expected to close within the next 90 days.
