Rogers Publishing acquires Canadian Insurance Magazine

December 20, 2007 – Rogers Publishing Limited has acquired Canadian Insurance Magazine from Stone & Cox Limited in a transaction that will close on December 31, 2007.

Rogers Publishing is Canada’s leading publisher for the Financial Services industry. Canadian Insurance is the country’s oldest and best-established magazine in the property and casualty arena.
